IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEARN HOW TO BE OPTIMISTIC.

 Optimism is the belief that things will turn out for the best, even in the face of adversity. It's a mindset that can have a profound impact on our mental and physical well-being, as well as our relationships and success in life. But is it possible to learn how to be optimistic, or is it something that we're born with?
