FIVE CEREALS THAT ARE HEALTHIER THAN BUCKWHEAT

Buckwheat is generally considered a nutritious and healthy food; it is a good source of protein, fiber and minerals. However, here are five other cereals that are also considered healthy: Oats - rich in fiber and minerals, can help lower cholesterol. Quinoa - good source of protein and fiber, contains all nine essential amino acids. Barley - contains a lot of fiber and may help reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Brown rice - good source of fiber and contains several healthy nutrients. Millet - a gluten-free cereal high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
